How long do repairs usually take?

Most software jobs and upgrades are done in 24-48 hours. Hardware parts depend on stock, but I'll always give you a realistic timeline when I see the machine.

Do I need to submit an enquiry first?

Yes, please. I do not publish my workshop address directly online. Please complete my quick repair enquiry first so I can review the fault details. After reviewing your enquiry, I will confirm the most appropriate next step, whether that is workshop diagnostics, remote support, further advice, or another repair option.

Do you charge for diagnostics?

I charge a fixed diagnostic fee of £49 to cover the time taken to physically inspect and test the machine. This fee is deducted from your repair bill if you proceed with the work. Quick fixes (under 15 mins) are often covered by this initial charge.
