By using iFixTech's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Repairs & Diagnostics

  • A diagnostic fee applies to all hardware inspections. This is payable regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the repair.
  • I will Provide a fixed price quote for hardware repairs. If unforeseen issues are found, I will stop and contact you before proceeding.
  • I am not liable for data loss. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure data is backed up before a repair.

Apple Repairs

iFixTech is an Apple Independent Repair Provider. I am not an Apple Authorised Service Provider. I do not perform internal AppleCare warranty repairs.

Managed Support Plans

  • Support plans are subject to Fair Usage. Remote support is for software issues only and does not include hardware repair labour or parts.
  • Security software helps protect your machine but is not a 100% guarantee against all threats.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the repair and collection of the device, unless otherwise agreed for business accounts.
