Why MacBook SSD Upgrades are better than a new Mac

Don't throw away that "slow" MacBook just yet.
In my Poole workshop, I see many customers who think their 2015-2017 MacBook is "end of life" because it's running slow. Often, the processor is still perfectly capable—the bottleneck is the old mechanical hard drive or a small, aging SSD.
The Benefits of an Upgrade:
- Speed: An NVMe SSD can be up to 10x faster than a standard SATA drive.
- Storage: You can often triple or quadruple your storage for a fraction of the cost of a new machine.
- Reliability: Modern SSDs have no moving parts and are much more durable.
I specialise in these upgrades. I can mirror your existing drive so you don't lose any settings or files, and give your Mac a second life.
Is my Mac eligible?
Most "unibody" and some "retina" models are perfect candidates. Please submit a repair enquiry so we can discuss the options and check compatibility.
Have a similar problem?
I see these issues daily in my Poole workshop. Start an enquiry to check your options and resolve the issue.
