Remote Diagnosis & Workshop Repair Support
Workshop & Operations Update

How iFixTech Works Now

An honest, direct update on my business model: how I moved away from physical high-street shops to offer expert service with zero retail markups.

A Private Workshop Model Instead of High-Street Shops

In the past, iFixTech utilised physical retail shops. However, maintaining large high-street shop premises with high rents, administrative staff, and seasonal employees conflicted with my main mission: providing premium, expert-led diagnostics and hardware-level repairs at a fair price.

Today, iFixTech has transitioned to an agency, private workshop business model. I operate from a secure, state-of-the-art repair lab in Poole.

"By eliminating high-street shop overheads, I am able to dedicate 100% of my time to complex hardware work, secure high-end diagnostic gear, and offer suitable premium part options with zero structural price inflation." — Paul Betteridge

Strictly By Appointment Only

I do not offer walk-in sessions. Operating strictly by appointment ensures that I can dedicate uninterrupted focus to active micro-soldering, board repair, or system configurations on your items.

Poole Workshop Location

My workshop is situated securely in Poole, Dorset. Once your booking is verified and confirmed, you will receive full drop-off directions, workshop address, and parking guidance.

Shorter Repair Turnaround

Because I don't spend my day greeting commercial retail walk-ins or selling chargers, I can focus entirely on diagnostics. Most SSD upgrades, system re-installs, and screen swaps are completed in 24 - 48 hours.
